Breaks
Going on breaks might seem a good idea. But returning feels uneasy however, breaks bring relief from many stresses. Stress can be quite stressful but managing less stress is helpful. Try, creating schedules for all things you do and overworking things might be fixed to stressing try to eliminate those first and then make short breaks. The stressful things are always stressful. But understand, evaluate all the little things that can get done on their timing and be stress free. Don’t forget to enjoy the breaks!
